Another newbie

Hello all. Hoping to learn from everyone here. I had a trailer mounted smoker (500 gallon propane tank conversion) years ago and spent several wonderful hours of smoking. But after my second child I gave up those times in exchange for all of the sports my boys participated in. Well those days are long gone as the boys are grown and married off. So of course I wanted to get back to those wonderful days of smoking anything and everything that once breathed oxygen :). I down graded considerably as I just purchased a 40" Masterbuilt electric smoker (new concept for me). Looking forward to the new adventure.

This forum has been around for over ten years, so there is a good chance that any questions you may have, have already been answered (they may have 10 different answers, but you'll get an instant response non the less).
