Hello, everyone.

I just wanted to say HELLO now that I've created an account on this site.  I also want to thank you all for the great information that led to a very successful first pulled pork butt.  I've been stalking these forums for a couple of weeks.

I recently purchased the Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker and so far, I'm very happy.  (I was a little surprised how often I needed to add wood chips, but I guess that's just part of the commitment it takes to make tasty, smoked meats.)

We live outside of Nashville, TN and look forward to getting to know some of you on this forum.

Thanks for reading.  Enjoy your day.

HI...

Thanks for the welcome and the tip.

The AMNPS is a product I've just learned about today while searching for ways to make this thing a little more functional.

So, I've looked up the product.  What's involved with using it in the 30" MES? Take out the chip tray and place this in for smoke?
