Well, not really. I've been stalking this site for over a year now and just built a plywood smoke house that I plan to start using in the next couple of weeks. I've been around smokers my whole life. My dad had a converted icebox that we smoked fish in and most recently I have smoked sausage with my brother every year after deer season. However, seeing the turkeys that pops smoked made me want my own so here goes! Looking forward to a lot of great advice from you guys. Thanks in advance!
