Hello all!!  I am Scott from Wisconsin.  I ran across this website while I was searching for plans for a block/brick combo smoker/grille.  I have no idea if this is possible after reading many threads on here but it looks like a good place to learn the right way to do it if it is possible.  Looking forward to learning a lot from everyone.

Welcome Scott. I'm new here too. I have read so much and learned quite a bit too. You will see that everyone here will help you learn all about Smokers. Try the Free E-Course for some great learning.

Welcome Scott- we have a couple of members here that have built their smoker out of bricks. You can always modify what they did to add a wood fired grill to the unit.

bbqgeorge built a brick cube smoker and posted a video of it here
