Another newbie here

 Ok guys I found this site while looking up grill reviews and have enjoyed reading a bunch of the the posts. I just bought an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn from Lowes and have been researching mods for it. I'm a part time smoker as my job keeps me out of town a lot. I love the taste of smoked food. I will have to try some of the recipes on here as they sound very tasty. I would like to thank the people on here who make this site possible because of the wide range of info on here.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
