Hi everyone. I found this website a month or so ago and just joined the forum. It's amazing all the info and help with whatever question you may have. Great forum and links. I'm just noth of Houston and have been wanting to smoke some cheese. But it's just crazy hot right now, so I'm going to learn every thing I can from this website and I'll get to try smoking some cheese in late October or November. I still got plenty of brisket, ribs and my recently discovered smoked cornish hens I did on July 4th. Great hens... Happy smoking to everyone and thanks ahead of time for the help I'll get and everyone else gets. Happy Smokin!!!!!!!!
