Hi All - new member here in the Lehigh Valley, PA just outside of Easton. I've experimented with smoking various meats on gas grills and a Weber kettle grill over the years and then bought a Masterbuilt 30" digital smoker (with the glass insert in the door) at an end of season close-out last year. I finally got to use the new smoker on Monday July 4th and smoked up baby back ribs. The result was great - everyone loved the ribs! I was also pleased that the clean-up of the smoker wasn't too bad at all. Now I'm looking for more smoking ideas and recipes and it looks like I have found my place! Hopefully I can also add useful information as I learn more in the future.
