Just found the site this morning while looking for a recipe for pepper bacon- what a great site! I've been smoking for a few years, still working to improve my craft. Much like new member SmokySooner I use a Weber 22.5" for both grilling and smoking. I just cold smoked my first bacon slab, it turned out great and now the missus is demanding more. She also wants me to take some local BBQ classes that cost $300 and more- I think I just might find all that I need here at SMF and put that class money towards buying more meat!
