Say hey! found you guys this past weekend when i was having issues with my timing on a 10# pork shoulder (btw, tried a finishing sauce i found on here and my wife now wants me to start bottling the stuff to put on everything!) love the site and can't believe how helpful everyone is.

in short, i've been at it for about three years with one of those char-grillers(?) with off-box that you get at lowe's. mainly a baby backs, bologna, shoulder, and vegetable guy who likes to smoke with waylon or willie in the background, a cold beer, and my 4-year old with me on the back porch. look forward to learning and contributing whatever i can.

Welcome newinok, glad you found us!

I also have a Char-Griller... I have modified it, some say "pimped out", but none the less, it's modified. I love it, it has pumped out some great Q for me!

Have fun, ask questions, share your experiences and please... post pics!

Yeah, I noticed that... I seem to be the only one here from Delaware...
