Another New Member

First, I just finished setting-up my profile, sigs, etc and this post will also serve as a "look-see" to make sure it comes out right.

I have recently joined a few of these groups and learning a lot (new to smoking). Have enjoyed reading about the ECB, GOSM, and WSM. I am a full-time RVer and we live in our 40 foot motorhome, so space is limited. I will be looking over the forums to see which one I might like the best. I like the OTBS thing. Is it OK to mention that one might aspire to be a member someday?

I do a great job with steaks on my Baby Q. Also, have a Q300 at my RV pad in Rockport, TX.....a great place to do some smoking.

Welcome aboard, glad to have ya! Livin in an rv, ya might check into a little chief. It ain't the best but far from the worst as well! Light weight and is a smaller size. Would at least get ya into the world of smokin. Used two of them for a long time. Some folks on here are usin em as well.

Make sure the RV parks have internet! The more you use whatever smoker you choose, coupled with the great tips and tricks you can find in here, you'll be an old smokin' pro in no time, and all your RV neighbors will be on your pad often!
