Hello all -- my name is Steve and I live in Bradenton Florida. I bought an electric Little Smokie a few weeks ago and have been having a ball with it. So far I've done some chuck roasts and chicken leg quarters and some pork chops -- all things I already had in the freezer.. Results get a little better with each attempt. Floor has been great, but a little drier than I'd like. Been cooking mainly at about 220 until internal temp reaches desired level.

Most interest thing I did was to throw some small yellow potatoes on the upper rack then used them to make mashed potatoes. Wonderful flavor!

Hello Steve, welcome to the forum. Besides getting better and better it also gets easier each time. Glad you joined up.
