Hello folks. I'm new here. Lots of good info on this site. I'm glad i found it. I'm relatively new to this smoking world. I build a home made offset smoker from an old 55 gallon drum. Have been pretty successfully so far. I've done the ribs, brisket and pulled pork. Had a pretty steep learning curve at first. My rig needs a lot of tuning but it's getting there slowly. I'm going to try some new stuff this season and hope to learn and maybe even help someone out while I'm here. The home made rig.
