Another new guy!

  1. New to the forum, but not entirely new to smoking. My family has been full of smokers my whole life, so I have learned the basics from them over time. However, the things I have learned from creeping around the forum is incredible. Y'all seem like a good and helpful group, with tons of experience and advice. I look forward to learning a lot and joining in where I can. I also just bought a new Gen1 MES 40" (thanks to the advice of this group) which I look forward to many smokes with.

Now, to jump over to the poultry section and ask a couple quick questions about the big day coming up [IMG]
