Hello everyone.  My name is Keith and I live in Lakeville MN.  I've been a member of this site for quite a while, I just haven't introduced myself yet.  I absolutely love this forum.  It is the most useful tool for smoking that I have found.  I have been addicted to this hobby for at least a decade since I got a Luhr-Jensen Big Chief and started making jerky with it.  Since then I've upgraded to a Smoke Vault 24 and a chargriller pro.  I also own the mandatory Weber kettle grill and the a-maze-n smoker.

Thanks also to Tulsa Jeff.  I took the e-course and bought the recipies for his rub and sauce, and after a little tweaking to my own tastes I use them more than the store bought stuff.

At the moment I have 2 five pound butts in the smoke vault.  This is them at 5:30 this morning and are now stuck at 165 degrees.

Hello Keith and Welcome to SMF - glad you finally did the intro

Thanks guys.

SmokinAl, I tried your chili recipe a while back and it was huge hit around here.  A lot of work, but I will absolutely be making that again!
