Hello all, Tony here. I'm a Tool and Die maker in the automotive industry, and also a graduate of the Art Institutes Culinary Arts program. (Novi, MI). Always looking for new / different ideas is how I came across this site.

I've built several smokers over the years, and am currently finishing what might be my last build.(for me anyways) Looking forward to seeing more great pics of tasty treats every one keeps posting!

Hi Tony,  Welcome to the forum.

My father was a tool and die maker here in Lansing.  He worked for Lansing die sinking co,  I worked in the shop back in the 70s as a Handyman and maintenance man.  Great profession.

We have a Michigan group here.  http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/groups/show/27/michigan-members-group

If you get a chance check it out and join if you have not done so yet.

Would love to see your smoker.

Stan

I have only been smoking for a year and love it on this forum. It looks like you have already done a lot of smoking and I look forward to seeing the posts of another experienced smoker on the forum.
