Simple rub, 235-265 temps on UDS, homemade sauce later.
This looked like a great meal Danbury, never tried smoking beans yet...they take on a good smokey taste do they?
I tend to keep my smoke wood on the light side. Everything I do takes on a decent smoke, but not enough to overpower the other flavors.
That is looking fine!
