Another Easter Ham....

  1. Cold smoked for three days straight, then hot smoked today, now into the oven to finish.

     Need to find a bigger roaster, that's a 23 lb ham.

    having friends over for dinner, so gonna have to wait to see what they bring before I load up more pics. Hope everyone is having a good Easter.

    Sliced up some lonzino with crackers for an appy...

    Ended with 3 cheese cakes for dessert chocolate, turtle, and carrot cheese cake
