Another Chicken with Qview

    Well since I was making chicken I thought I would take some pictures and share them.....

    Chicken spatchcocked and brined 20hrs.

    skin on breast cut and peeled back...[​IMG]

    small bacon weave placed...[​IMG]

    skin placed back over bacon weave...[​IMG]

    spiced up...[​IMG]

    into the smoker...[​IMG]
