I got the three pack of babybacks at Sam's. Rubbed, smoked over pecan at 230F for a modified 2-2-1 session(Only foiled them for 90 minutes). Occasionally spritzed them with apple juice. My family prefers to have a bit of sauce applied in the smoker about 20 minutes before pulling. I also tossed in two 5lb chuckies that will be smoked to 205, shredded, mixed with sauce and Dr. Pepper, and tossed into the crockpot. Sound familiar? THANKS Wingman!!! That will be a late night adventure. the chuckies are stalled at this time.
