Another Aussie

    Hey guys,

    Been lurking for a bit, liked it and decided to join.

    Got a Hark electric, wanted a Bradley but limited in what i could get in town.

    In the process of making some fresh sausages, jerky and hopefully some snack sticks.

    Had a scrub bull(feral cow bull) running with some of our cows, so decided to utilise him. 

    Minced 1 front leg and a back leg today, got about 63kg of mince, do the rest tomorrow and get stuffing.

    About 120klm from Bundaberg, Qld.

    I've made fresh sausages before, the snack sticks will be new.

    I used to live in the  NT, used a lot of buffalo.  I also have a big 15kg upright water powered sausage filler up there, but needed one here, so i bought a 5kg Weston to use.
