These burgers are 1/3# +. The Bacon is cut in half so only the top and sides are covered. The burgers are smoked with wild cherry wood. As for the length of time, I'm goin to guess an hour. I don't go much by time as I do the internal temps. I let these get to 160f.How did you cook them and for about how long?
