AnglerXL in Denver- noob to smoking meats!

Hi all. Answering to roll call here. Got myself a MSE 30 w/ Bluetooth. Watching hockey and the temp on my brisket as we speak. The Bluetooth is nice. I'm in Colorado and new to the game. Clearly hit "the stall" on my first brisket and found the info on a thread here. Killing time while waiting it out. Nice to be a new member.

Turned out fantastic. Nice and delicious. Tasty, rich bark. Took about 9 hrs to get to 190 degrees.
