Greetings all from Texas, a newbie to the electric smoke machines but time has come to retire the saw, axe and hard work normally used. Gonna try to hone the skills on the MES 30...

thanks gotarace, gonna get this switch from split logs to electric figured out.....mainly just a temperature thing I believe....seems like it'll be alot less work...lol
