Hi all! Logging in from Guam, where my husband is stationed. He's AD US Navy, with just 2 years and a few months before he hits his 20 years and retires. We have 2 girls, aged 3 1/2 years old and our baby turns 2 on Friday. We grill all the time here, but our Valentine's Day gift to each other (a few weeks early) was a Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We've done baby back ribs, pork loin, chicken quarters, and a beef rib roast. Everyone in the family loves it! Looking forward to getting back to the States, and trying venison, pheasant, elk, pronghorn... All the game meat we can't get here on Guam.
