Todd a month ago I purchased your pellet smoker from your site. Today is my 4th time using it. I just wanted to say thank you for creating a product that supplies TBS all the time every time.I have been smoking for years today for the 1st time I'm smoking cheese with my stick burners in the past I never had that option. I also have a MES 40 Gen 2 and it works great. Once again I just want to say THANKS and keep up the good work.

I agree with Ted, I smoked 3 different kinds of cheese in the stick burned with the A-maze-n pellet/dust smoker and everybody has bragged on my cheese. I love those amazen products. Best smoke meats and cheese that that I'v had in years, thanks to Bear for his step by steps and amazen products. I also use the MES 30 with window and remote. Always a 100% with Amazen products and the Bear. Many thanks to both of you.
