Lots of threads and posts here about Todd's wonderful gadgets. I didn't want to hijack somebody else's thread, so I just had to start one to say, WOW, it is as good as advertised! I ordered the AMNPS with an assortment of pellets. I've used it 3 times sinse Christmas day in my new MES 40. I did an 8 hour smoke on Friday. The AMNPS made a constant TBS from start to finish. I've spent a lot of money over the years on smokers, therms, chimneys....all sorts of gadgets for smoking and grilling food. This little box is one of the best products I've ever purchased! Way to go, Todd, and thanks for the great customer service.
