I've been using AMNPS in my GOSM with mailbox mod for both hot and cold smoking with great results. I'm looking to buy an entry level pellet smoker (Camp Chef, GMG, etc) and wondering if I could fit the AMNPS in the grill box somewhere to allow me to cold smoke. Has anyone done this? Do you think there would be an airflow problem? If I need to I would keep the GOSM for cold smoking, but I'd really like to get rid of it. Thanks,
