...to the Turkey Day Bird, and it is looking mighty tasty!  Not really doing any fancy marinade, but my wife made up a brown sugar / chipotle rub that is to die for.

Anyone with a Brinkmann - are the cooking times from the Brinkmann company accurate?  5-6 hrs for an 11.25 pound bird?  Or is it as I've seen elsewhere on the web, about 45 mins per pound (so just shy of 9 hrs)?
 
I should add that the grilling weather has been perfect - no wind to speak of, outside temp is around 80 degrees, not a cloud in the sky.  We can smell the apple wood smoke all through the house...
