Mid thirty year old male from the Suburbs of Indianapolis.  Just now starting out smoking on a Masterbuilt 30in electric digital.  Sometimes I dabble with The Big Green Egg, but it's at my parents house.  Messing around with cheaper cuts of meat currently to get my feet wet but would one day like to do a brisket.
