Vegreville, AB, Canada
1 cup Soy sauce (I use china lily)
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp fresh ground pepper
2tbsp hot sauce of your choosing

I tried ths on a prime rib and a salmon fillet prime was awesome and the salmon I used with cream cheese to make a cracker dip (Can't get the wife to share the dip).
Sorry no Q-view too many beer LOL decide to marinade the camera too ( or just dropped in the dang liquid)

Ah, another recipe for my cookbook. But what to name it? All-purpose? Nah, that's just a functional description, doesn't have a zing to it. SmokingD? Closer. Hey, how about Smoking Dennis' Marinade? Now that works.

Just finished the pork (sorry still need to buy new camera) As I said earlier is good for all meat. Turned out great. I did forget to mention heat marinade till brown sugar disolves (as if you didn't know) LMAO
