Hey pduke: Another High Life Man, atta boy! A good cigar too! And those be some fine vittles you got goin on there! I take 20 degree's, it's upto 4 degrees right now, not goin to get a whole lot better for the day either. Keep up the good work!
Well it is 10 am and we are at 170 and 180. Starting the day off right!
The old lady whipped up some breakfast. Fatty W/onion and tomato and eggs. Good stuff!

Looking good Pduke! Got a nice bark going on those butts...What temp are you running your smoker at and do you plan to foil them to finosh em' off? I never seem to get a real hard bark on my butts. Keep up the good work...

pduke are you using a water pan too? What kind of contraption you have on top to hold your thermometer bases? Looks like a good idea, I have the same smoker and I am always trying to get a tall bar stool and set it beside the smoker and sometimes it isnt tall enough.. Vittles look uuuummm uuuumm good...
