Looks like you have some good canning going on.

I'm funny in the fact that I dislike about 90% of all pickled products.  Pickles and then Sauerkraut my least two favorite foods in the world.   The sour and dill flavors just aren't for me.

Having said that,  If it is like an olive salad, some hot peppers, or a few other items that do not have the sour vinegar and/or dill flavor going for it I may not have a problem with it.  I like things like red onion soaked in red wine vinegar and such.

I guess I'm just a weirdo like that lol :)

Keep it up and I would love to see any hot sauces or salsas you may be canning :)
 
Lol you would hate these for sure than. Very vinegary and dilly. Hot sauce is on the list. I need to dry some Carolina reapers first. Maybe this weekend if I don't fish. And great idea about doing salsa!
