I have been doing a little looking around & am amazed at some of the ideas I have found here.

I have a CharGrill with a side fire box & see there are some mods I need to make. They seem to be scattered everwhere so is there one thread with a how to & a purpose for each of them.

The Fatty's also look great...I am looking forward to trying them.

I am in N.W. Louisiana & am fairly new to smoking. I have gotten pretty good at ribs but brisket is another story!Briskets are barely edible once I get a hold of them!
