Hello. I have been smoking since October,and it is safe to say I am addicted. So far I have smoked salmon, moose jerky, duck jerky, goose jerky, a moose roast, goose breasts,gouda, greenling, and ground moose jerky. I currently have some Jack fish in some brine to smoke tonight. I use a masterbuilt electric smoker. I love it! I'm at home on maternity leave with my son, and have nothing but time on my hands. What better to do with my time, than smoke meat!! I can't wait to try doing ribs, and an elk roast I have been saving.
