Greetings from Anchorage, AK

Mild mannered carpenter checking in to say our family has enjoyed many recipes and techniques from this fine forum of folks.

Dutch's Wicked Beans are a neighborhood favorite.

Tried the 3-2-1 spare ribs and nobody used the bbq sauce. Took that as a compliment

Welcome to the SMF Family! Being from the great state of Alaska, do you smoke elk, and possibly other meats that we may not have readily accessible to us on the mainland?

Glad ya joined us!

Welcome to the fold. How's Anchorage these days? I used to spend my summers there back in the 80's.

Not a whole bunch of elk in Ak. Lots of moose & caribou though.
