Getting ready for the big BAMA-GATOR game and thought I would throw up a few pix since I haven't been on for a while. Haveing a party for the game tomorrow and thought I would get a jump on cooking. Getting to old to stay up all night anymore.
#2 duaghter ready for school. Bama gear only today.

After 12 hour soak in rub. 2 - 8lb boston butts and a brisket.

On the smoker- see you boys in about 6 hours to check on you!

Old junker I made. Wife hates it but it cooks good.

Yes it cann't real fun unless you have some of the opposing teams fan at the party after all isn't thats what it's all about. The big rivalery between the teams and fans. Hint Hint. Racey and I will be glad to be that "other side" fans at the cook out.

RaceyB , yes there will be Gator Fans over. Will be pretty much split down the middle with a lone Volunteer fan and a Miss-State fan thrown in so we all have somebody to pick on. Were having it in my neighbors garage with 3 HI-Def tvs set up. Looks like it will be good footbal weather Sat. Need to find the garage heaters!!!!!! At least the beer will not get warm.
