Alabama Boy

Hey folks,

Been smoking for a few years.  I live in Alabama, USA.  I like to smoke boston butts, and brisket, and I have had good luck with it.  I used a semi-modified cos Chargriller Duo with a side fire box.  I got on here to find out more about fridge smokers, I liked it, so i joined.  So I am in the very beginnings of building a fridge smoker.  I don't even have the fridge, or have told my wife about my hair-brained scheme.
