Greetings all.  I'm brand new to this hobby, but I've got a smoker (Masterbuilt Pro Dual-Fuel), a bag of hickory chunks, a semi-full propane tank and one full rack of ribs under my belt.  My first smoke went "ok", but I have a TON of questions.  Looking forward to chewing the fat with everyone...

Hello and welcome from north Idaho. Great screen name how did you choose it?
Hi North,

I used to do some MMA stuff, but 2 broken fingers and at least one concussion convinced me that there are better ways to spend my time (like, say, learning how to smoke ribs to perfection!!).

Cheers!
