I think it is almost time for a new grill. So, I was looking for advice and suggestions on what to get. I am looking for something around $200 that will hold temperature well without any modifications (I am not handy). I also would prefer a charcoal grill, not that I have nothing against electric, but I don't want to set a temperature and forget about it. However, as mentioned, I want it to be able to hold a temperature when I get it there. My smoker is a cheaper sfb I have had for about two years now and I have to watch it pretty much the whole time, it also burns a lot of charcoal and longer smokes get rough because the size of the box, with no dump tray, suffocates the fire. Everyone hear seems to love the WSM. I have read people have had them for years and they still cook great, they are fuel efficient and they hold temperature pretty well without having to tinker on it all day. However, $300 to $400 is a little out of budget for me right now. Any advice or suggestions would help a lot. Thanks!
