For budget reasons I went with this model with the sear station over the Genesis II e-310/330.  In the 2 weeks I have it, I'm really loving it.   I was thinking of adding the heat deflectors like weber uses in their Genesis/LX models to keep more heat in the cook box and to maybe catch more of the drippings. This grill gets really hot, especially the handle and inside the cabinet.  What do you guys think about adding heat deflectors to the cook box?
