Hey everyone,

I've been lurking around the past few days doing a lot of reading. Decided to make a profile and join in on the conversation. My wife bought my first smoker for me for Christmas. Sometimes I really love her.... sometimes. It's a Masterbuilt 40'' electric that is stainless steel. I got to use it last weekend and smoked some country style ribs. They were pretty tasty but I have room for a lot of improvement. Plus the adult beverages might have made them taste better than they actually were!

Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Thanks for all the welcomes! I have 2 small pork butts and 3 racks of ribs smoking right now! Going to attempt some ABT's too.

) in right now too and my ABTs are sitting in the fridge waiting to dive into that lovely hickory smoke in a few hours....
