I have been currently using the summer sausage making kits bought at Bass Pro.  I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the AC Legg summer sausage seasoning and how they liked it.  Or if someone has any other summer sausage seasoning recipe or kits they would recommend.

I have not done the AC or bass pro kits, my go to is from a company called Mitchlitch (Spokane Spice) in Spokane Wa. or PS Seasonings I really like their selection. you can also try Waltons, or Butcher packer, or The sausage maker,

A lot of different types and brands out there, good luck and let us know

I use the AC Leggs Summer Sausage Seasoning a lot and like it. I like most AC Leggs seasonings I've tried. Google Columbia Spice they carry a good selection of Leggs seasonings. When you order get some of their meatloaf seasoning too you can thank me later

I almost bought their stick seasoning but didnt. :th_crybaby2:

The Leggs #116 snack stick seasoning is a staple item in a lot of sticker maker supply closets.  They do make some good stuff.  It's good "as is" but can also be tweaked with little extras.

About 20 minutes ago I was debating ordering the Leggs Summer Sausage seasoning as I had not tried it before.  Then I see this thread.  Guess this is a sign I need to place that order....

I bought a bunch of spice/seasoning kits from spokane spice recently...

Didn't care for the brat, and the summer Sausage I just made was way too salty...not sure about them.
