ABT's and Pork Butt at same time??

    Boy those look good to me!

    I have a pork butt that I plan to smoke and serve Saturday afternoon, could I make a tray of ABT's and put them in on top rack of MES 30 towards the end while the pork butt finishes?

    by all means you can.... myself i would put em in sooner for snacks while the butt's finishing up....

    Sure you can. Depending on the smoke temp, 225 to 250°F they will take about 2 hours...JJ
