FYI - I meant Atomic Buffalo Chicken, not already been....
That was this post. I was into rolling things. It was flattened chicken breasts, with a garlic herb marinade. I filled with Andouille sausage and wrapped it in bacon. You want to talk about good. Don't have a lot of time to smoke a brisket or butt, try these. last time I added Pepper Jack Cheese. Even did it with Pork Steaks. Thanks
