Hi folks. I am an amateur hobby bbq aficianado. Ii have a mentor who was a national champ for brisket and chicken. I have a custom trailer smoker made out of a 240 gallon butane tank. I recently got it back from a 2 year loan out and I am trying to refurbish it to see if I can make it as efficient and easy to run as a Magnum Sniper . I made a nice baffle out of a piece of aluminum and it tucks under my tuning pans nicely. I dropped the outlet for the stack with a dryer vent hose and a sheet metal elbow. I attached it by sticking it on with fireproof caulk. I need a lot of help!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a windy, warm and rainy looking day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
