Found this recipe posted by Abelman elsewhere and gave it a try tonight. Great sauce, really sticks to the wings, and the heat is mild for those of you who don't like hot stuff but enjoy a little pepper kick.

Sauce:
1 jar 14 or 18 oz. of Orange Marmalade
1/3 cup of honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Sriracha Sauce

I made the sauce ahead of time, and reheated it right before the wings came out for the first dip. Started the wings in the MES at 270 degrees, which today was more like 250 internal. Smoked the wings for 2.5 hours with applewood chunks, dipped them in the sauce, smoked them some more for another 20 minutes, one more sauce dip, then back to the smoker for 1/2 hour longer. I added a sprinkle of sesame seeds to mine for color, and would have dashed some red pepper flakes on them too if I hadn't been out of stock. The skin on most of them was medium crispy, I should have tossed them on the grill instead of back in the smoker after the first saucing.

Great looking wings and beautiful plate presentation.
Sounds like a really good sauce with all that sweet and a bit of heat with a nice citrus flavor from the marmalade.
Really nice.

You have definatly gotten good at the presentation with specially these chicken wings look good too.
