Hey guys...

As you can see, I will no longer be able to control the fire in my box, thanks to a 65 ft tree that decided to fall down last week....

Any ideas on what to do here? Can I make this work again with current metal piece? Cut if off, and hope to find something that will work? Find a new firebox and make that work? Buy new smoker?

the cost of the damage is only about half of my deductible, so we did not go through insurance to pay for the tree removal. So if I have to scrap the smoker, i'd have to buy a new one. Hoping to avoid another $300+ purchase this year.

I would try and fix. Take door off and find something round and close to same diameter to your fire box and slowly start bending back. It would b nice if you had access to a torch so u could warm metal up to help you bend. Just be patient and don't try to bend to much to fast

I can get my hands on a torch, trouble will be finding something the same diameter!

Look at the upside, free firewood for months/years.

So I cant get a door from the company. I have thought about trying to fix it by heating up and bending around the bottom side of the firebox, but not sure how well that will work. Any other ideas on how I can fix it? Or sell it as is and put the $$ towards a new smoker....would be an Old Country Pecos??
