Hello all from Nebraska. I have been smoking for a few years on the Smoke N Pit and I am about to start a build. I found this site while looking for ideas. So I'll be asking some questions! I actually just purchased my "cooking chamber" yesterday and I am anxious to get and "idea" as to where I am going to go with the build. Vertical, horizontal, placement of fire box, gas or charcoal? Here is the "box" it's a 105 gal propane tank. I really enjoy cooking and also compete in chili cook off's as well. I just love to be outside cooking! So bear with me in my questions!
