A sad day indeed....

  1. Well, I had some problems with my GOSM Wally World Wide Body. I thought just the wind break housing around the burned had rusted out. I had plans to make repairs but today, I was just gonna prop it up with a brick. Make repairs later. Well, I went to instal my brick support and found the damage to be much worse. Give me a minute....[​IMG]

    First look...not so bad...


    But looking closer...


    OMG...she's a goner! Looks like I'm in the market for a new cooker!


    Word to wise...get a cover and protect your cooker!

    It is definatly a really sad day in your household for sure. Are you gonna have a wake or just give it the old hev ho. But there is alway a silver lining in every dark cloud. YOU GET A NEW SMOKER. WHOOO HOOO

    Whatever you do, don't toss that smoker! If you've had an itch to go to charcoal, here's the gas to charcoal conversion I did with my 3405GW (smallest GOSM):

    how long have you had it? i've had mine for 2 years with no signs of rust but it's always covered
