Hey All!

I'm new to the group and new to the world of smoking!  About a week ago I purchased an Oklahoma Joe Highland, made all of the recommended mods, bought the baffle plate, and seasoned the grill.  So I fired it up this weekend but I still had a 50 degree variance in the main cabin.  Any idea how to address this?

Glad to have you with us!

I can't help you with your question, but I'm sure one of the OK Joe owners on here can.
